The project includes the construction of restroom structures using the Light Gauge Steel (LGS) system, selected for its structural efficiency, durability, installation speed and high-quality finish. Our scope covers structural framing, internal and external wall systems, waterproofing, flooring, ceilings, plumbing, sanitary fixtures, electrical installations, lighting, ventilation, doors, toilet partitions and complete finishing works. Each restroom is designed to provide separate, functional and comfortable facilities for male and female visitors while meeting the project’s operational, hygiene and safety requirements.
